ANIMAL healthcare specialist Jurox has awarded Yusen Logistics UK a contract for warehousing and final mile distribution in the UK and Ireland as part of a strategic move to appoint one global partner. Yusen Logistics already handles Jurox's international cross border air freight, together with its complete outbound and inbound flows from Australia to worldwide destinations.
Jurox is one of Australia's leading animal pharmaceutical manufacturers, with international markets including Europe, New Zealand and North America, reports London's Air Cargo News.
Yusen Logistics UK will provide temperature-monitored storage and transportation to over 40 destinations through a dedicated healthcare facility.
'We're excited to develop our offering within the UK and Ireland, and strongly believe that Yusen Logistics is the right logistics partner to support our ambitious growth plans for these markets,' said Jurox supply chain manager David Hunter.
