STRIKING dockers at Hongkong International Terminals (HIT) continued to press their colleagues to join the dock strike as they arrived and left for work in the staff parking lot.

"Terminal operations are not expected to be affected. While industrial actions are continuing, the terminal operations are gradually returning to normal," said a HIT press release.Hutchison Port Holdings continues to work with all parties involved in the dispute, but it stated in its press released that that the strike does not have a material adverse impact on HPH Trust performance.
The company also said it would "provide updates of a material nature to unit holders of HPH Trust as and when appropriate".
HPH Trust is a container port business listed in Singapore. Its portfolio consists of interests in deep-water container port assets located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
HPH Trust's principal investment mandate is to invest in, develop, operate and manage deep-water container ports in the Guangdong province, Hong Kong and Macau, one of the world's largest trading hubs.
