Grounded bulkcarrier to become artificial reef

The "Los Llanitos" could finally become an artificial reef. The governour of Colima, Ignacio Peralta Sánchez, announced that all studies were done and the wreck did not represent pollution problems. The main problem is the damage that does not allow to tow the ship about 500 meters to be able to sink and generate the artificial reef; actually it would sink immediately. A partial repair could therefore be carried out or actions that allow to tow it and sink it to make an artificial reef. Peralta Sánchez will make an approach with the Secretary of Semarnat, Rafael Pacchiano, in order to offer him all the necessary support.
