    MEMBER lines of the G6 Alliance have announced the cancellation of Asia-US west coast and Asia-Europe sailings as the summer holiday season draws to a close.

    Voided sailings are planned for the CC2 service in Week 42 (ETA Ningbo October 12) and in Week 44 (ETA Los Angeles October 30) and the SC1 service in Week 41 (ETA Kaohsiung October 6) as well as in Week 44 (ETA Los Angeles October 27).

    G6 member MOL announced the cancellation of four Asia-Europe sailings.

    MOL voided sailings are EUM service in Week 41 (ETA Busan October 5; EUM service in Week 48 (ETA Busan November 23; LP4 service in Week 40 (ETA Ningbo October 3) and the LP7 service in Week 47 (ETA Qingdao November 17).

    "The G6 Alliance continues to offer a variety of services between Asia and the US west coast covering all major port pairs with weekly sailings, and to make service adjustments where necessary," said the G6 statement.

    Members of the G6 are APL, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, MOL, NYK and OOCL.
