The 'Ocean Treasure', enroute from Rotterdam to San Lorenzo, struck a pier at the port of General San Martin on the Paraná river on Apr 24, 2018. The accident happened when the ship was passing the Santa Fe Terminal 6 and hit a container on the pier as well as some constructions. There were several workers working on the container who fell into the water along with the box. All were rescued. All of them were rescued, some suffered minor injures. The pier and constructions sustained serious damages. The bulkcarrier moored close to the accident site.
