Fascist ship disabled and adrift

The "C Star" was disabled by an engine damage and went adrift in the Mediterranean Sea on Aug 11. The migrant help organisation Sea Eye offered assistance which was refused by the rascist ship in spite of having been tasked by the MRCC in Rome. The "Aquarius" (IMO: 7600574) was near the drifting vessel on Aug 14.
