MELFA — Five of Virginia’s community colleges and Newport News Shipbuilding recently celebrated their successful collaboration of the creation of a mobile unit that equips learners enrolled in the Hampton Roads Marine Skilled Training Program with the skills they need for jobs at the shipyard.
