    After the 'Kaya' heaved anchor on the Upper-Bakaritskiy Roads, Arkhangelsk, and got underway towards berth No.118, while approaching the Transect Railway Bridge at the port, the vessel experienced main engine failure on July 30, 2018, at 03.25 a.m. Both anchors were dropped, and the vessel was stopped 3-4 cables ahead of the bridge. The crew managed to start the main engine at 04.05 a.m. again, and with the assistance of three port tugs, the vessel was moored safely alongside berth No.118, at 04.45 a.m.
