Cosco Group has signed shipbuilding contracts with China Shipbuilding Industry Co (CSIC) yesterday in Beijing for the construction of four VLCCs.
Dalian: As it makes plain its desire to order plenty new ships in the coming months Cosco Group has signed shipbuilding contracts with China Shipbuilding Industry Co (CSIC) yesterday in Beijing for the construction of four VLCCs.The 320,000 dwt vessels will be built at Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co (DSIC) and will be operated by Dalian Ocean Shipping (Cosco Dalian). Cosco already has two similar VLCCs being built at the same yard. [27/12/13]
