Container ship damaged cranes in allision

THe "CSCL Yellow Sea" was detained at the Al Ezz Dekheila Steel in the Dekheila port in Alexandria, shortly after arrival on Nov 13, 2017, at 1.50 a.m. Before, the ship had allided with a pier at the container terminal while mooring and damaged two cranes. The ship was banned from sailing until a damage cost assessment and receiving bank guarantee. The port authority claimed that the ship had been approaching the quay at too high speed.
