The 'Wen Cheng', coming from Yingkou, was in collision with the pusher barge 'Shinto No.1' off Kanmon Port on Jan 15, 2018, around 8.40 p.m. The extent of the damage to both vessels was unknown. The 'Shinto No.1' was expected to arrive in Kanmon on Jan 16 at 07.30 a.m., while the 'Wen Cheng' berthed in Moji at 6 a.m. for investigations by JCG.
