The 'Lotsman-3' (84 gt, built 1984) was in collision with the tug 'Norsund' while transferring a pilot at the Baltiysk outer roads on Aug 18, 2018. The pilot boat suffered a hole measuring 15 cm in diameter near frame No. 6 above the waterline. The crew of the pilot vessel was able to seal the hole and safely return to the port of Baltiysk. There were no injuries and no pollution. An investigation into the incident was ongoing.
