CEVA Logistics consolidates Colis Prive and PAACK into a single brand, enhancing last-mile delivery across five European markets.

CEVA Logistics, the logistics arm of CMA CGM Group, has announced the consolidation of Colis Prive and PAACK under a single unified brand - PAACK. The integrated delivery network spans five European markets - France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, and Portugal - with an annual handling capacity of approximately 150 million parcels and access to more than 17,000 non-residential delivery points. The unified brand is scheduled for a phased rollout to clients and partners beginning in January 2027.

At the core of this consolidation is the alignment of legacy delivery infrastructure with expanded technological capability, extending CEVA's last-mile coverage across key European e-commerce markets. Colis Prive brings established local delivery foundations across markets including France, while PAACK contributes specialized expertise in e-commerce last-mile logistics. Together, the two operations position CEVA to deliver a more cohesive cross-border service to e-commerce clients, reducing the operational complexity of managing multiple national carrier relationships across different markets.

Data released by CEVA illustrates the scale of the combined footprint: approximately 8,000 delivery points in France, 1,500 in Belgium, and 8,000 in Spain. The company has also confirmed that a first joint delivery solution has been launched for a major international retailer, marking the initial step toward active network coordination. It should be noted that this announcement pertains specifically to network and brand consolidation; it does not represent a broader renaming of all logistics operations within the CMA CGM Group under the PAACK identity.

This consolidation builds on a sequence of deliberate acquisitions. Earlier this year, CEVA's Colis Prive completed the acquisition of Paack Iberia and Paack France, strengthening the group's delivery presence across the Iberian Peninsula and French markets. The current brand unification represents the next structural step following those transactions, advancing the integration of networks and service capabilities into a single, coherent operation.

As the logistics subsidiary of CMA CGM Group, CEVA Logistics connects international freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to provide e-commerce clients with end-to-end coverage across an expanding range of European markets. By bringing five national delivery operations under one brand, CEVA has established the foundation for a more unified European last-mile proposition. However, brand consolidation marks only the beginning. Whether the underlying national networks achieve smooth operational coordination, whether service consistency is maintained across markets, and whether the integration ultimately delivers measurable efficiency gains remain questions that operational performance will answer in due course.

With the PAACK brand set for progressive market introduction from 2027, CMA CGM Group's strategic positioning in European e-commerce last-mile delivery is becoming increasingly defined.
