THERESA SUCCESS, anchored off Yeşilköy, was stranded during the refueling of the tanker.
The incident took place on the date of 16.02.2019 off Yeşilköy. According to information obtained from the anchored tanker THERESA SUCCESS was receiving bunker fuel. General Directorate of Coastal Safety sent 3 boats, Kurtarma 2 tugboat and Nene Hatun rescue ship to the scene. TUVALUflagged ship , which was built in 1996, will start its refloating works after the underwater survey due to type of ship being a tanker and partly loaded with cargo.
