Charter Link Logistic Group boosts Hong Kong's logistics with 30 new Isuzu tractors, enhancing its global ocean consolidation services.

Charter Link Logistic Group (CTL), through its subsidiary Joy Region Logistics, staged a dynamic container truck handover ceremony last month, celebrating the arrival of 30 brand-new Isuzu container tractors supplied by Dah Chong Hong Motors under CITIC Group.

This bold fleet upgrade marks a powerful leap forward in the Group's expansion, reinforcing its commanding presence in Hong Kong's logistics market.

Dr. Michael Tsui, executive director of Charter Link Logistic Group, praised Dah Chong Hong for its swift and professional service, underscoring a strong foundation for enduring cooperation between the two companies.

Dr. Tsui emphasized that this capital investment, together with the earlier launch of a 180,000-square-foot ocean consolidation centre at HIT Hutchison Logistics Centre, is designed to propel Charter Link's leadership in global ocean consolidation services to new heights.

As a Hong Kong-based international enterprise, Charter Link is actively aligning with national development strategies, upgrading its ocean products and optimizing its cross-border consolidation network to deliver world-class logistics solutions.

Gordon Yu, Director of Sales & Services Business at Dah Chong Hong Motors, noted that beyond Taiwan and Singapore, the company is set to expand into Southeast Asian markets such as Vietnam. He stressed that within Charter Link's fast-growing footprint, both sides are poised to become trusted, long-term partners.

In recent years, Charter Link has pursued ambitious expansion, distinguishing itself as one of the few Hong Kong enterprises to achieve global leadership in its field.

Today, the Group operates more than 70 directly managed subsidiaries worldwide and is among the select consolidation service providers certified under both ISO Quality Management and Information Security Management Systems. Looking ahead, Charter Link will continue to harness economies of scale and infrastructure upgrades to cut operating costs, sharpen the competitiveness of Hong Kong's logistics enterprises, and cement Hong Kong's status as a premier international shipping centre.
