    Cement carrier SIRIOS CEMENT IV suffered mechanical failure and started to drift in Aegean sea northeast of Tinos island at around 0300 UTC Oct 1. vessel is ballasting from Haifa to Volos, mainland Greece. Tug DIMITROS V was sent or contracted to assist. As of 1330 UTC SIRIOS CEMENT V was still drifting in SSE direction at some 1-1.5 knots speed.
