CargoTech employs AI and real-time data to aid air cargo operators in navigating disruptions and optimizing capacity amid the Middle East crisis.
CargoTech is using artificial intelligence and real-time market data to help air cargo operators navigate disruption and optimise capacity during the Middle East crisis, reports London's Air Cargo Week.
The group's integrated platforms provide live visibility, scenario planning, and actionable intelligence, enabling decentralised responses to shifting demand, pricing, and routing. CargoTech said its mission is to deliver transparency and agility for freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics providers.
President Cedric Millet stated that AI can structure chaos by combining shifting data with real-time flight and capacity information. Tools such as CargoAi's CargoMart, Rotate's Demand and Live Capacity data, Wiremind's CargoStack Optimizer, and Aerios' CarrierApp give customers direct access to global capacity changes, pricing, and demand fluctuations.
During the Middle East conflict, Rotate created a dedicated insights taskforce, Wiremind tailored forecasting models, CargoAi launched a Strategic Hub for live market visibility, and Aerios supported carriers in handling charter surges.
CargoTech said recent challenges highlight the importance of scalable customer touchpoints, granular visibility, and collaboration. Mr. Millet added that by harnessing AI and real-time data, the group aims to ensure continuity, agility, and resilience for the industry in times of crisis.
