    The Yanbu commercial port has detained the 'Sakizaya Kalon' after it was involved in an accident while transiting the Suez Canal, carrying 66,000 tons of cargo for the Saudi Grains Organization. The ship which had sailed from the Russian port of Taman on July 8 was safely towed and berthed at Pier No. 11 without affecting maritime traffic on Sep 1, 2018, at 3.05 p.m. The ship’s crew praised the efforts of the port management in towing and docking.
