Bringer Air Cargo inaugurates Miami-Navegantes route, enhancing air cargo connectivity between the U.S. and southern Brazil, reports Air Cargo Week.
Bringer Air Cargo has operated the first international wide-body freighter to land at Navegantes Airport, marking a new air cargo corridor between the United States and southern Brazil, reports London's Air Cargo Week.
The inaugural Boeing 767-300F flight touched down on November 26, operated under Bringer's cargo programme using a LATAM Airlines aircraft. Weekly services are planned, with frequencies expected to rise to three or four per week as demand grows.
This milestone followed infrastructure upgrades at Navegantes, including runway extension, safety area widening, and apron improvements, enabling the airport to handle wide-body cargo aircraft with payloads of up to 50 tonnes.
Bringer Air Cargo stated that the new Miami-Navegantes service strengthens Santa Catarina's role as a strategic import gateway, enhancing connectivity and scalable freight solutions for one of Brazil's fastest-growing industrial regions.
Founded in 1983, Bringer Air Cargo is part of the Bringer Corporation Group and a member of the International Clearing House. The company emphasized that the new route reflects its commitment to reliable and efficient global supply chain support.
