Beşiktaş Denizcilik A.Ş.'s tanker ELEVİT is now registered under the Turkish flag, enhancing Turkey's commercial maritime presence.

The chemical/oil tanker named ELEVİT, owned by Beşiktaş Denizcilik A.Ş., has been registered with the Turkish International Ship Registry (TUGS) and is now flying the Turkish flag.

The tanker, which is part of the company's fleet, will operate in the medium-sized chemical/oil tanker segment with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of 16,964 and a length of 144 meters. Following the completion of the flag transition process to the Turkish flag, the vessel has officially joined the Turkish commercial fleet.

Built for the transportation of chemical and petroleum products, ELEVİT will particularly engage in regional and international tanker operations. With the transition to the Turkish flag, the vessel will operate under the Turkish International Ship Registry and will contribute to the tonnage of Turkey's commercial fleet.
