The Russian cargo m/v 'Volgo-Don 5010', 3900 gt (IMO: 8951308), was in collision with the 'Barge No. M-37', which was being towed by the 'OTA-503', while proceeding on the upper Sheksna River at kilometre mark 690 of the Volgo-Balt Canal, on June 29, 2018, at 1.20 hp.m.. Both vessels sustained dents to the hull above the waterline and were anchored for investigation. The 'Volgo-Don 5010' later proceeded to Cherepovets for inspections by the River Register.
