After one month in port the 'Aquarius' left Marseille again on Aug 1 at 6.30 p.m. to resume its rescue operations in the Mediterranean Sea. The NGO SOS Mediterranée declared that in no case distressed migrants were taken back to Libya due to a fundamental lack of human rights in the failed state.
