ORLANDO forwarder Allstates WorldCargo has acquired Seattle forwarder Red Arrow Logistics, reports London's Air Cargo News. Red Arrow Logistics specialises in sensitive, time-critical air freight logistics and works across a variety of industries, including aerospace, electronics, and consumer products.
The company partners with 20 airlines to offer air transportation solutions globally and expedited freight domestically. It also offers ocean and customs compliance services.

As part of the acquisition, Red Arrow will rebrand to the Allstates WorldCargo name. Full continuity of service throughout the integration process is expected.
In addition, Liz Lasater, formerly CEO of Red Arrow Logistics, will join Allstates WorldCargo in a senior leadership role.
