The 'Symi' allided with the berth while mooring at the port of Skiathos in the afternoon of June 22, 2018. The vessel sustained a nine millimetres long crack on the portside aft, 0,5 metres above the waterline. The Skiathos Port Authority banned the vessel from sailing to the port of Agios Konstantinos, until the damage was repaired and a class maintenance certificate was issued. The 66 passengers on board were forwarded to their destinations by another vessel.
