The 'Flyingcat 4' with 215 people, among them 209 passengers, onboard rhit a breakwater in the port of Rafina on July 29, 2018. No injuries were reported. The ferry which connects Rafina to the islands of Tinos, Naxos, Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros, was trying to dock when the accident happened after what appeared to be a mechanical failure. Boats of the Coastguard were taking the passengers to shore. A diving inspection was arranged to assess the damage sustained by the catamaran.
