The 'Hilir Mas' was in allision with the containership 'Teluk Bintuni' in Perawang on May 30 at 4.45 p.m. The 'Teluk Bintuni' was unloading cargo, when it was suddenly hit by the 'Hilir Mas'. The 'Teluk Bintuni' sustained minor damages, which were to be covered by the shipping company of the other vessel. Both shipping companies were asked to resolve the issue before they will be allowed to leave the port. An investigation was ongoing.
