    AD Ports Group enhances its Logistics Cluster with top executives to boost global operations under Noatum Logistics, led by CEO Jochen Thewes.

    Global trade and logistics giant AD Ports Group has restructured the management team of its Logistics Cluster, bringing in some of the industry's most experienced professionals. Under the leadership of CEO Jochen Thewes, the Group aims to establish a strong global presence under the Noatum Logistics umbrella.

    Effective January 7, 2026, AD Ports Group (ADX: ADPORTS) announced senior appointments for the Logistics Cluster. With seasoned executives transferred from major companies in the sector, the Group seeks to expand the global footprint of its logistics arm, Noatum Logistics, positioning itself among the leading service providers worldwide.

    Key appointments made to accelerate product growth include:

    Thorsten Meincke has been appointed as the Executive Vice President (EVP) responsible for Sea and Air Transportation at Noatum Logistics. Meincke previously served as COO at DB Schenker.

    Björn Eckbauer has become the Senior Vice President of Global Air Freight Development and Procurement. With over 30 years of experience, Eckbauer will lead air cargo operations.

    Boris Kuehn has joined the team as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Kuehn will play a key role in strategic acquisitions, drawing from his background at Deutsche Bahn AG.

    In addition to strengthening its global leadership, AD Ports Group has enhanced its regional operations with the following appointments:

    Middle East Regional Director: Thorsten Pook, who has over 30 years of experience in the sector.

    Africa Regional Director: Samad Osman, who has held positions at industry giants like Hapag-Lloyd and AP Moller.

    Latin America Regional Director: Roberto Moreno, a former CEO of DB Schenker, will lead the region.
