A fire broke out on a Regina Seaways ferry off the Kaliningrad city on the Baltic Sea coast of Russia. The ship captain's emergency warning was sent by Russia to fire-fighting helicopters, border guard ships, fire-fighting vessels, and tugboats and fire-fighting helicopters from Lithuania.
