Cargo ship sank, crew rescued

The "Hongh An 69" sank in the afternoon of Oct 30, 2017, in position 18 49N 105 45E, off Cua Lo in the Gulf of Tonkin. The vessel was loaded with 4.600 tons of coal, the cause of sinking was unclear, but rough seas were reported in the aree. The 12 crew members were rescued, the ship capsized and was resting on the bottom in shallow waters.
