RUSSIA's ZAO Container Terminal St Petersburg (CTSP, a company of UCL Holding) posted a 17.4 per cent year-on-year increase in first half container throughput to 374,500 TEU.
Imports via the terminal were up 27.8 per cent to 182,400 TEU while exports were up nine per cent to 192,000 TEU, reported St Petersburg?s PortNews.
Container shipments by rail accounted for 25 per cent of throughput. The terminal's market share in St Petersburg and Ust-Luga remained 32 per cent year on year.
