YTO Cargo Airlines has become the first all-cargo Chinese airline to list its capacity on the WebCargo by Freightos platform, giving freight forwarders access to real-time pricing, instant booking, and interline connections, reported London's Air Cargo News.
The partnership initially covers high-demand lanes between China and South Asia, including India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, with plans to expand to the Persian Gulf and Europe. Integrated payments and booking tools will support perishables, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and cross-border e-commerce.
Freightos said the deal cuts the quote-to-confirmation cycle from up to 48 hours to minutes. yto joins over 75 airlines already live on WebCargo, enhancing the platform's reach in Asia.
Joyce Tai, Freightos' executive vice president, said the collaboration removes friction in global trade and strengthens Freightos' strategic expansion in Asia. The Freightos Enterprise suite allows users to manage the full logistics lifecycle.
YTO President Hong Xiang Li said the move supports the airline's digitalisation and globalisation goals. He added that joining WebCargo diversifies distribution channels and accelerates YTO's transformation into a world-class logistics provider.
In June, China Airlines also placed its capacity and rates on Freightos' WebCargo and 7LFreight platforms.
