WEC Lines has introduced a direct weekly container service linking Dublin, Zeebrugge and Le Havre, enhancing its Irish Sea network.
The 868-TEU vessel departs Zeebrugge on Thursdays and arrives in Dublin on Sundays, with Le Havre added midweek. Dublin is now served thrice weekly.
The service offers faster transit and avoids congestion at Antwerp and Rotterdam. It supports dry and reefer cargo, with full operational control and monitoring.
wec Lines plans further expansion into the Baltics, Morocco and East Africa, building on its 30-year presence in Ireland and recent office opening in Nantes.
