This was stated by Chairman of the Border Guard Service of Ukraine Viktor Nazarenko during a press conference.“We promptly respond to any information on the foreign vessels called at the closed by Ukraine ports in the temporarily occupied territory. 652 vessels have been already added to the database of trespassers,” he said.According to Nazarenko, detention of the vessels-trespassers and their cargoes is predetermined due to the changes in legislation.“The latest example is the detention of Sky Moon, en route from Sevastopol, by our special forces units on the Danube. At the moment the vessel is arrested, the captain is served with charge papers and the investigation is in progress,” added Nazarenko.As a reminder, Ukrainian border guards detained the cargo vessel Sky Moon, flying the flag of Tanzania, with citizens of Libya and Syria on board on November 30. The vessel had violated the order of calling at the ports of the annexed Crimea.
