VIRGINIA BEACH A crew member on a coal ship anchored off the coast of Virginia Beach is being treated for serious burns. According to Virginia Beach EMS spokesman Chief Bruce Nedelka the victim, a man in his mid-40s, was working in the ship's engine room when a high-pressure oil system malfunctioned, spraying his face, hands and legs.
