JAPAN's NYK Line has announced a rotation change to the north and east Asia-Australia service (ANA2) operated with MOL, "K" Line, OOCL and Evergreen.
The first vessel on the new rotation, that will shorten the transit time from Shanghai and Ningbo to Australia, will be 4,578-TEU OOCL Nagoya calling Yokohama on August 4.
The current ANA1 service will be unchanged. The ANA2 change will not only improve the schedule integrity but also provide a direct link between Qingdao and Australia, said MOL.

The current ANA1 rotation is Ningbo (Sun/Sun), Shanghai (Mon/Tue), Xiamen (Thu/Fri), Shenzhen-Shekou (Sat/Sat), Hong Kong (Sun/Sun), Sydney (Thu/Sat), Melbourne (Mon/Wed), Brisbane (Sat/Mon) and back to Ningbo.
