JAPANESE air carrier ANA Cargo and Dutch IT specialists CargoXS are the latest organisations to join global air cargo membership group, Cargo iQ, reports London's Air Cargo News.
Cargo iQ executive director Ariaen Zimmerman welcomed the two new members, explaining that 'growing our international network is a priority for us as we continue to improve control mechanisms of Cargo iQ.'
'Having ANA join our membership is an important step for our organisation as we continue to grow our presence in Asia,' he said.
ANA Cargo is based in Tokyo and is part of ANA Group's air transportation and cargo business.
Said ANA Cargo vice president Hiroshi Sugiguchi: 'Joining Cargo iQ is hugely beneficial for ANA Cargo because it enables us to introduce standard KPIs to leverage our quality control, and compare our performance with other airlines to improve our processes and services.'
