MOL hikes Asia-southern Africa rate US$200/TEU from June 1
JAPAN's biggest shipping company, MOL, will levy a US$200 per TEU rate increase on cargo from Asia to southern Africa from June 1
The company said in a statement that this action "essential for us to sustain our service level".
For the purposes of the increase Asia includes the Indian subcontinent and Middle East while southern Africa means South Africa, Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
