Marine engineering conference to be held in Abu Dhabi April 24-27
THE 4th Marine and Coastal Engineering Conference will be held April 24-27 in Abu Dhabi where experts will gather to discuss marine and coastal engineering, the strategies, plans and challenges in delivering economic and environmentally sustainable projects.
The focus of much discussion will be a complimentary report on land reclamation projects in the Middle East that showcases recent challenges and successes in marine and coastal engineering.
"Changes in policies and regulations are shifting how marine and coastal engineers design and construct maritime structures and developments," say organisers.
"This has become an even bigger focus for government as a result of years of rapid expansion and the detrimental effects of large-scale reclamation projects." they said.
Among the organisations participating will be AECOM (Architecture, Engineering, Consulting, Operations, and Maintenance), ZADCO (Zakum Development Company) and Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council, NASCOM Projects and more.
If you have an offering for marine and coastal engineering developments in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, contact organisers at sponsorship@iqpc.ae or call +971 4 360 2800 to discuss exhibition and branding opportunities.
