The 'Just Reema' has been detained in Malaga due to non-payment of works of the shipyard Mario López. The ship was already bearing the new name 'Eider' and was in proceedings to change the flag to the Panamanian registry. The ship had been captured and taken to Malaga on June 29, 2015 with 14,764 kilograms of hashish, flying the flag of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the name 'Just Reema'. A public auction in September 2016 found no bidders. A second auction was held in March 2017. In July the Port Authority decided to sell the ship directly to a private individual for 153,861 Euros. The new owner planned the repair of the ship in Malacitan waters, first afloat and then in dry dock at the shipyard Cernaval Mario López. With the expectation that the repairs were fully executed by the end of October 2017, and with the idea that before the end of the year the ship could leave Malaga the vessel left the North fishing jetty to dock at pier number four. Positioned next to the floating dock on Oct 11, the ship, still named 'Just Reema', underwent a series of works by the shipyard. Once these repairs have been completed on Jan 11, the shipping company C.T.M. Marítimas, owner of the ship, received a notification from the Commercial Court Number 1 of Malaga in which it was informed of the immobilization of the ship in the event of non-payment of a complaint regarding the works carried out afloat. Faced with this situation, and with all the documentation of the vessel retained by the Maritime Captaincy, the freighterwas towed to the northern fishing jetty on Feb 5 while the legal problems were to be resolved.
