The 'Bore Song', being en route from Zeebrugge to Tees, with a crew of 20 on board and a cargo of trailers, containers and 195 tonnes of Class 3 & 8 dangerous goods, reported the need to change a valve on the main engine, six nautical miles off Flamborough Head, in position 54 12 39 N, 000 04 2 3W, on Sep 2, 2018, at 07.55 a.m. At 08.15 a.m. the ship dropped anchor to effect repairs for approximately two hours. Repairs were completed at 10.15 a.m., and the ship berthed at Teesport at 3.45 p.m.
