From 1 July the Westug offshoot Engage Marine took over the Grange Resources towage contract at Port Latta, between Stanley and Burnie on the northwest coast of Tasmania, previously held by TasPorts. Engage has (presumably bareboat) chartered Smit Lamnalco’s SL COOK and it arrived Burnie from Brisbane on 26 June to change crew, re-store and bunker before sailing for Port Latta and Stanley the following day, Whereas TasPorts serviced the contract using Burnie-based tugs (usually KORIMUL in recent years) SL COOK is staying at or near Stanley
