GERMAN forwarding giant Dachser Air & Sea Logistics chalked up a fourth location - Atlanta - to receive a CEIV Pharma certification from IATA in 10 months.
This further expands the company's network services for its customers in the life science and healthcare sector, as it is now certified to handle pharmaceutical shipments on three continents.
Dachser Air & Sea Logistics is now certified for handling pharmaceutical shipments on three continents, having been recently certified in Frankfurt, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
Dachser obtained the Centre of Excellence for Independent Validators in Pharmaceutical Logistics (CEIV Pharma) certification from IATA last year for its Frankfurt airport branch, followed by its Indian branches in Mumbai and Hyderabad in mid-2019.

'This certification demonstrates that we fulfil the highest service and quality standards through uniform processes and a compliant network. In turn, our customers benefit from secure, compliant, and efficient air freight services,' he said.
