Bunker surcharge from Japan, Korea, Greater China to Oz revised
REFLECTING an oil price decline at Hong Kong and South Korea, the member lines of Asia Australia Discussion Agreement (AADA) have announced changes in the bunker surcharge from Japan, Korea, mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to ports in Australia.
The surcharge is to be adjusted to US$425 per TEU and US$850 per FEU for dry and refrigerated containers from December 27. Customers requiring further information are to contact their carrier.
AADA members are ANL Singapore APL, CSCL, Cosco, Evergreen, Hamburg Sud, Hanjin, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai, “K Line? MSC, MOL, NYK, OOCL, PIL, Sinotrans, TS Line and Yang Ming.
