ORLANDO, Florida-headquartered freight forwarder allstates WorldCargo has acquired Seattle, Washington-based freight forwarder Red Arrow Logistics.
Red Arrow Logistics specialises in sensitive, time-critical airfreight logistics and works across a variety of industries, including aerospace, electronics, and consumer products.
The company partners with 20 airlines to offer air transportation solutions globally and expedited freight domestically. It also offers ocean and customs compliance services.
