One man has been reported missing as a Cambodian-registered vessel with Russian-Ukrainian crew overturned and sank in the Sea of Japan (East Sea) on Thursday, an officer on duty at Russia’s state rescue centre said.

15-foot waves in storm surge halts Long Beach cargo terminal operations

TWO Long Beach cargo terminals were closed for a day this week because 10- to 15-foot wave surges from Pacific Hurricane Marie that endangered longshoremen, reports the American Journal of Transportation.
