GLOBE Express Services has expanded its global reach to Bangladesh through the establishment of two corporate locations in the capital Dhaka and its second largest city of Chittagong, the nation's business capital and home to its busiest seaport.

The logistics services provider said that as a result of this development it has surpassed its goal of opening 50 corporate offices by the start of 2012 as the two new locations brings the total number to 58 worldwide.

Georges Mejaes, president - Asia Pacific & Indian Subcontinent, said in a statement: "Our new offices in Bangladesh provides a clear advantage to the growing number of clients who do business there. In addition to full-service ocean and air freight, we offer licensed Customs brokerage services, ensuring a greater level of expertise, attention to detail, and shipment control."
