Russian cargo ship towed out of storm winds (Scotland Today)

A Russian cargo ship has been towed to safety as storm force winds lash the west coast. The Mekahnik Semakov broke down in the Minch of Skye due to engine and fuel difficulties and alerted Stornoway coastguard.
