MOL increases Asia-southern Africa rate US$300/TEU from November 4
JAPANESE shipping giant MOL will levy a rate hike of US$300 per TEU and $600 per FEU on all cargo from Asia to southern Africa from November 4.
The company said that the rate increase was "essential for us to sustain our service level". The increase will apply from Asia, including Indian subcontinent and Middle East to South Africa Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
"We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support and understanding," said the MOL statement.
