Primorsk Trade Port, which shipped 77.5 million tons of crude oil and oil products last year, has been sold for USD 2.15 billion. The buyer is Russia’s largest port operator measured in cargo turnover, Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group, NCSP.

Primorsk Trade Port, which shipped 77.5 million tons of crude oil and oil products last year, has been sold for USD 2.15 billion. The buyer is Russia’s largest port operator measured in cargo turnover, Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group, NCSP.
Financing includes a seven-year USD 1.9 billion loan from Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank.
Last year, NCSP had a turnover of USD 675.1 billion and a net profit of USD 252.2 million. The group is listed on the Moscow and London stock exchanges.
