The "Melek N", which docked at a port in Alicante due to an engine failure in August 2010, is still staying at the port because of heavy fines imposed although it was fixed. Spanish port authorities imposed a 60,000 euro fine claiming that the ship jeopardized the maritime security. The fine has not been paid yet, authorities said. A Turkish and three Georgian sailors are aboard the ship.
